A International Independent Hockey League (IIHL) was an independent on line-subordinate professional hockey league that played in late 2003 before falling apart in 2004.

Based by Mike Killbreath of Flint, Michigan and Dan Monacelli of Novi, Michigan, a league was shaked using misconduct allegations that finally resulted within criminal investigations & the prosecution of an creator. Killbreath claimed a IIHL got an affiliate by having a currently defunct South East Hockey League (SEHL).

A 4-team SEHL ceased play as a result a 2003-04 year by using portions of a league joining the Asheville, North Carolina based Southern Professional Hockey League.
